If you are already signed in, the quickest route is the Contact support button at the bottom right of the app — it sends us the page you were on, which is usually most of what we need to know. Otherwise use this form, or email [email protected].
I forgot my password. Use the reset link. The email arrives from [email protected] and the link works for one hour.
Photos will not upload. Files must be JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WebP or PDF, and under 25MB each. An iPhone photo is well inside that; a screen recording is not a photo.
I want to cancel. Email us and it stops at the end of the month you have already paid for. Your data stays exportable for 30 days.
I need someone else on the account. Team & settings, then Add someone. You choose whether they can edit or only read.
The claim packet numbers look wrong. The packet reconciles carrier payments against spend on categories marked covered by insurance. If a cost is sitting in an unfiled or not-covered category it will not count toward the shortfall. Check the Budget screen first.
