These terms cover your use of Punchlist360, operated by The Compendium Company, LLC (“we”, “us”). Using the service means you accept them.
Punchlist360 is a record-keeping tool for construction punch lists, project budgets and insurance claim files. It helps you keep and present your own records. It does not give legal, insurance or accounting advice, and it does not represent you to anyone.
You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in, and for the people you invite to your account. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.
The items, photos, receipts and documents you upload remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store them, show them back to you and the people you invite, and generate the reports you ask for. We claim no other rights in them.
The subscription is $9.99 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; the subscription then ends at the close of the period you have already paid for. We do not give partial refunds for an unused part of a month. If a payment fails we may suspend access until it is settled.
The figures in your reports are arithmetic performed on the records you entered. We compute them faithfully; we cannot vouch for the underlying entries. Check a claim packet before you send it.
We aim to keep the service running and backed up, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of anything critical — export is always available to you.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a disputed insurance outcome or a dispute with a contractor.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why. On termination your data remains exportable for 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
